01 · What it is

REPSE compliance files for Mexican companies and their specialized-service vendors: monthly evidence, STPS padrón checks, deadline alerts. Free vendor lookup.

Since the 2021 subcontracting reform, a Mexican company that hires specialized services shares liability for its vendor's payroll, social security and tax filings. RepseShield keeps each vendor's REPSE file current: monthly payroll CFDI and 32-D opinions, the four-monthly ICSOE and SISUB filings, and the registration itself checked against the STPS padrón. Vendors upload once; every client sees the current version. The vendor lookup and the guides are free and need no account.

Why we built it

The penalties are real and recent: in 2024 the STPS fined 188 client companies MXN 96.3 million and the SAT assessed MXN 4.74 billion over subcontracting. Most of the evidence a client needs already exists, scattered across vendor emails and PDFs. RepseShield puts it in one place, flags what is about to lapse, and publishes the enforcement record and padrón numbers it works from.

02 · How it works
  1. Each vendor uploads its monthly and four-monthly evidence to one file per client relationship.
  2. Every document is checked and the vendor goes green, amber or red, with reminders before each deadline.
  3. REPSE registrations and SAT, IMSS and INFONAVIT opinions are watched 90, 60 and 30 days before they lapse; a folio that drops off the STPS padrón is flagged.
  4. One click exports the full file for an inspection or an audit of the deduction.
